| 1.Names of
Organizations |
This members club goes by the name of "Miyako Plus", and is
operated by Kintetsu Hotel System, Inc., which hosts Miyako Hotels & Resorts
(hereinafter referred to as MHR).

| 2.Registration/Member
Qualifications |
(1)Registration
There is no registration or annual fee.
If
you agree to the terms herein, please fill in a registration form available at
each MHR hotel front desk to apply. Applications are also accepted from the MHR
home page. For either registration method, applicants become members when their
Miyako Plus Card is made.
(2)Member Qualifications
1.Members Cards
may only be used by the registered person and may not be transferred or leased
to another person.
2.When members do not observe the provisions herein, or
act in a manner inappropriate for a member,
they will lose their member
status.
3.Members will lose their member status and points 2 years after
their last use of the card. Validity of the card follows the validity of member
status.

| 3.Points system |
(1)Addition of points
1.By showing the Miyako Plus Card when paying for
services at MHR hotels or their restaurants or bars, 10 points will be added for
every 100 yen used. Points cannot be added without the card. Members are advised
to bring their cards with them when using MHR hotels.
2.Points will be added
only if members pay for services by cash, credit card (including gift vouchers
issued by credit card companies), or by other MHR-approved methods.
3.When
staying at MHR hotels, points will be added for room charges and other service
charges for members who make reservations through the MHR reservation center or
the MHR home page. It should be noted that points will be added for up to 5
rooms per day for each Miyako Plus Card.
4. When using restaurants or bars,
points will be added for meal charges and service charges.

added to one card only per meal (up to 10 people)
5.Restaurants or bars at
which points will be added for services?have signs that indicate that they
accept Miyako Plus Cards.
6.Points are also added for some weddings held at
MHR hotels. For more details, contact the respective hotels.
7. When points
are added to members' Miyako Plus Cards, they will be notified of the added
points and total points to date.
8. The maximum points assigned to one Miyako
Plus Card is 100,000.
9.For facilities that accept the Miyako Plus Card,
please check the guidance pamphlets or the Miyako Plus member's page
(hereinafter known as the "member's page").
(2)Special plans
1.If
members should like to utilize the special plans introduced in the Miyako Plus
guidance pamphlets, they should make their reservations up to one day prior to
their stay date at the hotel of their choice through the member's page or the
MHR reservation center. If members do not have reservations, they may not be
able to stay at the MHR hotels due to lack of a vacancy.
2. For restaurants
and bars, members should make reservations directly with the hotel of their
choice up to one day prior to the date of use. If members do not have
reservations, they may not be able to use the restaurant or bar of their choice
due to lack of a vacancy.
3. For other hotel products, please ask the hotel
of your choice.
4. Members who would like MHR gift checks should either fill
in the requisite form prepared at each hotel's front desk and apply immediately,
fill in the form and mail it to the Miyako Plus customer desk, or apply through
the member's page. When member's apply by mail, the product of their choice will
be sent to them about 10 days after their applications arrive at the Miyako Plus
customer desk. Points for the products will be deducted when the products are
sent.
When members wish to use the special plans, they should display
their card and state the plan of their choice. Without the Miyako Plus Card,
members cannot utilize the special plans, so members are advised to bring their
cards with them.
When members use the special plans, they will be informed of
the number of points deducted for the service, and their remaining
points.
When members use the gift check which they changed for a
point, we cannot add a point.

| 4.Changing registration
details |
In case of a change of address, name (surname), telephone number,
or other personal details, members should contact the Miyako Plus customer desk.
Members may change their details from the Miyako Plus member's page as
well.
If members do not change their personal details, we may not be able to
provide them with notices such as their current points total.

| 5. Card/Password
Management |
(1)Managing the Miyako Plus Card
Members should properly
manage their Miyako Plus cards. In case the card is lost, it will be reissued
(reissuing costs 500 yen, tax included). Please ask your nearest MHR hotel front
desk.
MHR assumes no responsibility for damages arising from the loss of the
card.
(2) Managing passwords
Setting, changing, and managing passwords
must be done at the responsibility of members.
MHR assumes no responsibility
for damages arising from the leakage of passwords, etc.

| 6.Termination |
Members will have been deemed to cancel their membership only
when they apply for cancellation or when they die.

| 7. Personal Information
Management |
Members and applicants (hereinafter collectively known as
"members") agree to the terms below relating to the usage of their personal
information by MHR, on the condition that MHR takes the necessary steps towards
the protection of said information.
(1)Contents of personal information to be
obtained and used
We will obtain and utilize the following personal
information to provide the services of Miyako Plus.
1.Information provided
by members at application or at other times.
(membership number, name,
address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, etc)
2. Use of the
Miyako Plus card
(2)Express representation of reasons for using personal
information
We will use personal information to provide members with
information relating to the Miyako Plus services. However, this will be stopped
as far as it does not hinder the operation of MHR if members wish.
(3)About
disclosure, change, deletion, addition, and stoppage of use of personal
information by members themselves
Members may ask for their personal
information to be disclosed, changed, deleted, added, or prohibited from use.
MHR will promptly deal with such claims made through the proper
channels.
(4)Transfer to a third party
Except for joint use as seen below,
MHR will not transfer membership to a third party.
(5)Joint use
Kintetsu
Hotel Systems and the following Miyako Plus affiliated hotels may jointly use
the personal information of members as seen in (1) of this section to provide
service to members from Miyako Plus business and affiliate hotels.

| 8. Changing terms and service
content |
(1) Terms stipulated herein, products subject to the addition of
points, and special services may be changed without notice.
(2) MHR assumes
no responsibilities for damages to members arising from the above
changes.

| 9. Termination of Miyako
Plus |
(1) Members will be informed six months in advance in case the
Miyako Plus service ends. Exchanges for special services will end at the same
time as the end of the Miyako Plus service.
(2) MHR assumes no responsibility
for damages to members arising from the above end of service.
|
| 10. Other |
(1) We cannot keep members' Miyako Plus cards at the respective
hotels.
(2) The Miyako Plus points may not be exchanged for cash.
(3)
Members with multiple cards may not total those points and use
them.
