hd'or serves Southern European style cuisine based on healthy water-based French cooking techniques, which use little in the way of butter and fresh cream, instead employing vegetable puree to create savory flavors. Another feature of hd'or's dishes is the lavish use of carefully selected fresh seafood and vegetables.
