One of the largest aquariums in the world

The Kaiyukan is one of the largest aquariums in the world, reproducing 10 ocean regions from around the Pacific Rim by using 14 tanks centering on .the Pacific Ocean tank where the world's largest fish "whale shark" swims. The aquarium houses a total of 30,000 marine animals of 580 species. Adults and children can enjoy watching them all day long here.

A Symbol of Osaka
