着物レンタルショップ”mimosa”で着物の着付けを体験

You will experience dressing in kimono by professional staff at a kimono rental shop located a 2-minute walk from our hotel.After the tea ceremony experience, you can go sightseeing, dine out, etc. with your kimono still on.
当ホテルから徒歩2分の場所にある着物レンタル店で、プロのスタッフによる着付けを体験していただきます。茶道体験の後は、着物を着たまま観光やお食事などに出かけることができます。

Instructors with over 40 years follow a path of tea ceremony will carefully instruct you.After watching the instructor perform the tea ceremony, you can try making your own matcha tea.
茶道歴40年以上の講師が丁寧にレクチャー。講師によるお点前を体験した後は、自分自身でも抹茶を点てることができます。

Instructor Ms.Sumie Ota 専任講師大田寿美江	Studied under Urasenke Honorary Master from 1977 to 2024, get experience at Narutaki Otowazan Bifuan from 2015, and received the tea name “Soju” on September 13, 2024, and continues to this day. 1977年から1980年まで裏千家名誉師範多門宗弘氏に、1980年から2024年まで裏千家名誉師範多門宗粒氏に師事。2015年からは鳴滝音戸山美風庵において研鑽を積み、2024年2月より裏千家志倶会多門宗正氏に師事。2024年9月13日、茶名「宗寿」を拝受し今日に至る。

Tatami is a flooring material that has been passed down in Japan since ancient times and made of quality rice straws. The relaxing distinctive smell comes from this Tatami. A moment spent in this room can give you the pleasure of coming to Kyoto.If you like this room, you can stay in there for an extra charge. (subject to availability)
